When do I pay for my order ? Do you accept Payment on Delivery ?

We only accept payment on order placement or prior to delivery. We do not offer COD terms nor do we offer payment after delivery terms. All payments have to be made prior to an order is processed. In instances of a partial payment having been made, complete payment has to be made prior to an order being Shipped. Unlike some ready to wear or immediate consumption products, custom clothing orders have to go through a process of creation before it can be delivered When buying an off the rack item, or a book or CD for example, the item is generally ready to ship and is shipped and charged at the same time Also these items are resalable and if prior to dispatch an order were cancelled, the merchant has no problems adding it back to the inventory Custom clothing is not resalable for obvious reasons Each item is individually cut, patterned and styled with specific measurements and details specific to each individual client Therefore One can say that we begin to deliver what we are being paid for, as soon as we begin work on the order from the moment the order is processed, till it is cut, paper patterns made, fabric made ready, chalked, cut, snipped and sewn together All this work is part of the delivery process..similar to downloading a programme online except in this case, much of the programme is executed outside your machine and outside your immediate vicinity...it is however delivered in one way or the other from the moment we begin work on the order. Considering this, we are sure you will not find it an inconvenience that payment on an order has to be made before work begins on the order.
